The Spaulding Wooden Boat Center offers the Wooden Boat Finder as a free matchmaking service for anyone wishing to sell or buy a wooden boat, or to those seeking others to join in a cooperative venture to own or restore a wooden boat. There is no charge to post an ad and the Spaulding Center takes no share of sales. Listings are limited to boats with wooden hulls.
We are located on San Francisco Bay, but ads don’t have to be limited to Northern California. In fact, we’ve had ads posted from all over the world.

Posting an ad
It’s easy to post an ad and photos on this site. See the How to Post page. You can post an ad for a boat for sale, a boat you’re looking for, information you’re seeking or for partners to help you with a boat project. Visitors to the site can ask questions about your ad and you can reply to those questions.
Responding to an ad
If you are interested in an ad, use the e-mail or phone number in the ad, or leave a comment on the site for the ad poster. The ad poster will receive an e-mail with your comment and he/she can respond directly to you via e-mail, or by phone if you supply a phone number.
