The Spaulding Boatworks is the last active traditional boatyard on the Sausalito waterfront. It has been in continuous operation since it was built more than 50 years ago. The Spaulding Boatworks offers a full range of services including haul outs, measuring and weighing, and simple maintenance through complete restoration.

The black and orange stiff-leg derrick used to haul out boats was originally used to build a dam in North Dakota. It has a capacity of up to 12 tons.
