About the Instructor
Patty is the owner of Swenson’s Marine Services, started in 1973 as a yacht maintenance business. The focus of the work has been to develop fine wood finishing, doing total restorations, to regular maintenance for vessels, large and small. The work has taken her from coast to coast, to the Caribbean, Mexico and Hawaii. Patty is also a graduate of the Gale Lawrence Studio in San Francisco, studying specialty finishes for 10 years and working in that field since 1988.
